COVID- 19 News please read News Page! latest news of our informal meeting 13 brethren attended via ZOOM app 21 April

Please see note below from our Almoner

Dear Brethren,

We are all now aware of the situation and that Freemasonry has closed down for 4 months to this we must not forget our Brethren in Knowle Lodge who could become lonely and vulnerable, not just single Brethren but couples too, who cannot get support. So can I ask you to keep in contact them , if you have not got phone numbers of the most likely please let me know. Could I also ask for volunteers in case shopping or medication is required to be delivered. We must also ensure that we don't put selves and loved ones at risk.

The Charities we support will also suffer greatly, so may I suggest that donations to the Charities can be paid into the Almoners or Charity Stewards accounts for each meeting we miss, or otherwise would have attended. The donations can be collected via BACS or cheques by a one-off payment if chosen.  Please let me know if you need details of our accounts. Thank you in anticipation.

lease let me know of any Brother or widow in distress, I am always here now, having being out 3 times a week I now have time on my hands. I have tiled 2 bathrooms & decorated the hall stair & landing    Rod Hinton

Worshipful Master, James Barratt welcomes you to the Knowle Lodge website.

It was a great honour for me be elected by the Brethren as Master of Knowle Lodge for the current year. There is a wealth of experience in the Lodge with members from all walks of life, always ready and willing to offer advice, comfort and support when required.

As well as regular meetings of the Lodge, we enjoy a mix of social events, to which partners, family and friends are invited, (see Events Social page for more details). Prospective members who attend social events have an opportunity to experience the strong bonds of friendship which exist among members of Knowle Lodge.

With our website and links we hope to keep our members and visitors up to date (see News Page for more details) with our Masonic and social activities. We also hope that it will give non-members an opportunity to see what we are doing nationally and in the local community, especially for charitable causes and also to encourage those who may have an interest, so we can provide them with further information should they wish to join freemasonry.

If you are interested in joining Freemasonry and would like to know more please follow this link to watch video www.ugle.org.uk and complete your details in our Contact Page
